VP Customer Operations


We’re looking for a strong and seasoned leader to focus on ensuring our world changing customers get the incredible service they deserve. As a company that’s been historically over-indexed on product and people, you’ll be energized by a team that truly cares about the end customer.  We need you to reinvent how we deliver that love and care.


As an early hire, we're looking for a long term leader eager to build on our early successes. Your fingerprints will be on a company with a desire to generate long term wealth, opportunity and truly meaningful success for all it's team members.


We are a 100% remote company which has afforded us the ability to focus on hiring top talent across Canada without worrying about geography.  You'll enjoy working with these high capacity team members with the independence and flexibility of working from your home office with daily video connections.  You'll meet in-person with the team in a frequent cadence to be determined as necessary.

  • Has preferably worked in SAAS, or services based industries, but not necessarily.

  • Is an accomplished and trusted leader of people and teams, with a history of maximizing the impact of team members.

  • Builds and maintains trust based relationships with all around them. 

  • Is equally comfortable as the architect of fresh and innovative strategies or as an executor, rolling up their sleeves and executing with their team.

  • Is good in an environment with lots of uncertainty and degrees of freedom.

  • Approaches challenges and opportunities with more questions than answers.

  • Has demonstrated a long term, patient and consistent approach to personal & professional growth in past engagements.


What you’ll do


  • Build the practices and team to deliver customer service and success roles at scale.

  • Create an offering that is a powerful complement to our product (software) in making our customers truly successful.

  • Be the executive with ultimate responsibility in satisfying and retaining customers.   

  • Learn from customer experiences and provide feedback to product, sales and marketing in the cause of making Givecloud a stronger cohesive organization.

  • Partner with the CEO, and other functional leaders to grow the company.
